Senior Pastor & Kids Pastor
Paul & Katie McGinnis
At Grace Chapel, our mission is to love God, love people, speak truth and make disciples—and our Senior Pastor is dedicated to guiding our church in that vision. With a heart for biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and community impact, Pastor Paul leads with passion and wisdom, helping people grow in their faith and live out the Gospel in everyday life.
We believe that every child is a gift from God and that building a strong foundation of faith starts at a young age. Pastor Katie is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids can learn about Jesus, grow in their faith, and build lasting friendships. Through interactive lessons, worship, and exciting activities, we help children discover God’s love in a way that’s meaningful to them. We’d love to partner with you in nurturing your child’s faith journey. Come check out our kids' ministry—we can’t wait to meet your family!
Paul and Katie's sweet family also includes their five year old son, Knox who is full of energy and all boy. They enjoy community and hosting gatherings with friends and family.

Care/Founding Pastors
Ricky and Cheryl Poteat
Pastor Ricky and Cheryl are the founding pastors of Grace Chapel. They have served since the church was started in August 1982. Pastor Ricky has spent more than 45 years in ministry. Pastor Ricky and Cheryl have been blessed with two children, Leslie born in 1977 and Eric who was born in 1979. Leslie has blessed Pastor Ricky and Cheryl with their grandson, Chase Dotson, whom they love dearly and enjoy nothing more than spending time with. Their son, Eric, went home to be with the Lord on April 6, 1993. Pastor Ricky remains committed to the ministry which lays before him as our Care Pastor! Life comes with joys and challenges and you don’t have to walk through them alone. Our Care Pastors are here to support, pray, and walk alongside you in every season of life. Additionally, Ricky and Cheryl lead our Seniors Ministry.
Whether you need prayer, counseling, hospital visits, or simply someone to talk to, Ricky and Cheryl are here to provide comfort, encouragement, and biblical guidance.
Connection Pastors
Andy & Star McGinnis
Pastor Star and Andy are the heart of our church life! Andy and Star have served in ministry for almost 20 years. At Grace Chapel, we believe that church is more than just a place to attend—it’s a family to belong to. Our Connection Pastors are here to help you feel at home, find meaningful relationships, and take your next steps in faith. Additionally, Andy and Star co-lead our young adults and young married couples' ministries, and Andy is our maintenance man. Andy and Star's family is full of love with their four sons, Chipper, Bailey, Carter, and Chase. Chipper & Bailey have recently married and started their own homes. Bailey and Erin have blessed them with their first grandson, Judah. Carter is soon to be married this spring, and Chase is finishing up high school with a love of worship and baseball!
Whether you’re new to our church or looking to get more involved, Andy and Star are ready to walk alongside you on your journey. From small groups to serving opportunities, they’re here to help you get connected and grow in your faith.
Missions Pastor
Vikki Mollette
At Grace Chapel, we are passionate about sharing the love of Jesus beyond our walls—both locally and around the world. Our Missions Pastor leads the charge in mobilizing our church to serve, support, and spread the Gospel through outreach programs, mission trips, and partnerships with ministries making an impact. Additionally, Vikki is skilled with teaching and sign language, and is a proud encourager of the next generation's faith. Vikki has a family with a son and daughter, Ryan and Grace who have both started their own homes, and Ryan has blessed them with their granddaughter, Margot .
Whether you feel called to serve in your community, give toward global missions, or step out in faith on a mission trip, Vikki is here to equip and encourage you. Together, we can be the hands and feet of Jesus, bringing hope to those in need.
Administrative Assistant
Julie Henson
Julie, an invaluable asset to our church, fulfills the crucial role of church administrative assistant, ensuring the seamless operation of various administrative tasks and diligently managing the church’s finances. Her expertise and dedication are instrumental in maintaining the smooth functioning of Grace Chapel. Additionally, Julie extends her support to the church during special events, further enhancing the overall experience for our congregation. Complementing her commitment to the church, Julie’s husband, Brannan, has been an member of our worship team for several years, skillfully playing the drums, bass, and guitar. Together, they are blessed with a beautiful daughter named Harper and find joy in pursuing physical fitness and embarking on new and exciting adventures. It is worth noting that Brannan also serves as the proud owner of Big Dave’s Family Seafood, further exemplifying his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to his community.
Counseling Pastor
Dotty Allen
Dotty points you to the light in any situation; our light, Jesus Christ!
At Grace Chapel, we believe in the power of biblical wisdom and compassionate care to bring healing and hope. Our Counseling Pastor is here to walk with you through life’s challenges, offering Christ-centered guidance, encouragement, and support. Additionally, Pastor Dotty leads our Women's Ministry. Dotty began ministry at Grace Chapel with her husband George Allen who served as our Missions Pastor; George. Together they had Arianna, who is now married to Sebastian Bare. George Allen passed away in November 2023, and we are forever thankful for his ministry at Grace Chapel.

Ministry Coordinator
Addie Goode
Addie was raised in Grace Chapel by her parents Jack and Rhonda Goode with her sister Alaina Goode. She is finishing up her bachelors degree in Ministry Leadership through Foursquare's Bible College, Life Pacific University online. At Grace Chapel, we are committed to sharing the message of Jesus in meaningful and engaging ways. Our Ministry Coordinator helps bring our church’s vision to life by supporting ministry efforts and creating media that connects, inspires, and informs. From coordinating church events and teams to managing digital content, social media, and worship ministry, Addie helps ensure that our ministries run smoothly and our message reaches people both inside and outside the church. Additionally, Addie helps in leadership for our youth ministry, and is pursuing her pastoral license.
